If I could give 10 stars I would. Chino sorted out a problem on Cherokee that I was quote for by agents for a quarter of the agents quote! Kept me up to date through the whole process. Also, the parts department are fast and know their product. Thanks again to Chino and his team

These guys know what they are doing. My wife takes her Grand Cherokee here and they always do a great job. Won't go anywhere else. Their rates are reasonable and they dont rip you off like the dealers do. As far as Jeeps go I rate American SUV as the best.

Why are some business a success and other not? Simple, S-E-R-V-I-C-E. I bought a Jeep yesterday for the farm and we are very far from American SUV and don't service our Jeeps at American SUV. But it had American SUV in the Service book and to update ourselves requested the information that was done to this vehicle. Within minutes I had the full mechanical record so now we know. Now where will I by a part from? Where will we drive to 600 KM to get expertise advice. Its simple American SUV. Some business just realize there customers are not cows to be milked but partners.
