Raul and staff understands the word "over satisfaction" and that's how I felt when Raul made alternative transport arrangement for me during the repair of my vehicle at no additional cost. The team Ensures no client feels less Important, and the project management system here is astounding. Budget would definitely lose my premium but this business restores the meaning of customer service.

Standard of work is what you'd expect. The differentiating factor is the personal touch. Was constantly kept updated with what was happening, and even when things were not going according to plan (because of Covid-19), they did their best to keep me up to date and accommodate me. I can't speak for all Auto Magic branches, but Centurion is a cut above the rest. Thanks to Raul and his team, of which you've got a great one.
