I requested an aircon evaporator for an ix35. It arrived safely and in excellent condition. After stripping the dash and finally managing to get the old system out, I discovered that my specific model had a different evaporator unit. I messaged the AutoCool guys and they tried to assist with finding information. Turns out that my specific model has about 3 possible options which I have verified myself. The unit they supplied was 100% correct for the same year and model, just not mine. I requested to return the item and was given a refund on the part. The guys were very helpful and understanding. Shabir is honest and trustworthy. He is also very knowledgeable and competent. Replaced compressor and condenser on my e90 many years ago and the AC has worked very well ever since.
