Value for money EXCELLENT, service EXCELLENT, treatment therapists EXCELLENT, facility Average as it needs a fresh coat of paint and some maintenance. Would have been 5 star.

The facilities were not great! There is a space issue in the ladies changing room. I am concerned about the hygiene of this facility. Towels are reused in the body scrub area. You can't scrutinise the towels as the lights are dimmed. The lady took my towel...shoot out the granules of the scrub and fold it up ready for the next person. I was shocked when I witnessed this. The towels looked dirty. The reception ladies need to work on their interpersonal skills. The send off was bad...the reception ladies just ignored you. I will not return to this facility again and will not recommend this place. The hotel needs a massive upgrade. The reception area is very nice. But the rooms are disastrous! This place is in desperate need of a refurbishment. I will not recommend this place.
