Absolutely pathetic. First we bought a carb from them to install ourselfs at home, the carb was faulty. Took the carb back for an exchange, no problem. The second try we noticed that it could be another fuel component at fault. Eventually took it to them to see what the problem was as it was definatly a fueling issue. They charged us R1150.00 to clean the carb and tank as it apparently had water in it. This process took two weeks. Every time you would call I would be told that I will get a call later so she can get an update. No call back. After the first week went by, only then did she ask for my cellphone number. Second week went by and we were told that the quad is ready for collection. Get there, the quad wont start. My husband absolutley lost his rag as the customer service was unfriendly and the mechanic was not helpful at all and to top it all off the quad didnt start. Eventually I paid and we left. We are still sitting with a quad that went in to solve a fueling issue and now has a starting issue (battery is brand new I might add)? Your staff are unhelpful, unwelcoming and not responsive. Customer service is non existant.

Worst experience EVER!! Please do not make use of their service!!! We received the worst service from them, was sworn at and literately thrown out of their premises. I still can't believe what we went through yesterday! Lesson learned!! I advise every person to never make use of them. Big Boy Wierda Park

Website is terriblebly outdated and uninformative A visit to the premises is even worse, nothing to test drive, 2nd stock quality is shocking, Salesman probably gets paid by the hour. I won't buy a key holder from them.

The lady that was helping us and the guy at the store were some what rude.For example ,when you want to get clarity about something and you ask the lady at the desk questions she just brushes them off as if you didn't say anything and she asks you the questions that she wants to ask,She doesn't get back to you about what you asked and she has little to no patience at all.I don't know ...maybe we found her in a bad mood but I honestly was not impressed nor happy about their attitude and the way they always talked over us even before we could finish asking our questions about their services and stuff.
