I took my PS4 slim in to be inspected and quoted on repairs. They gave me solid honest advice and directed me to Part Serve where the PS4 was actually still under warranty before charging me money to fix it. They did an excellent job repairing our PS4s remote too. Side Note: I see a few negative reviews below but I think it comes down to the following: This is an honest family run Bussiness who are passionate about what they do. They are not a corporate help desk, they will tell you how it is straight up no BS and might seem abrasive.

I had 2 PS4 remotes that had left analog sticks that no longer worked. I took them to Blind Ant and Etienne not only offered friendly service but 23 years of experience, and it shows. My remotes work perfectly again and all I can say is this man is the unsung hero of the gaming community.
