S.H.O.C.K.I.N.G. Service from Tony. He seems more interested in telling long stories that delivering a service. No feedback to customers at all. Defensive and very sensitive. Cannot seem to differentiate between urgency and screaming. Cannot recommend this company at all, unless you are looking for moving boxes.
