Quick, helpful and affordable

I took my Volvo XC60 to Carmatrix with a faulty air conditioner in October 2020. After their inspection, they advised that I have my condenser, compressor and clutch replaced, as the condenser is clogged and the clutch needs replacing. This came down to a whopping R30k. Thinking this is a bit excessive for an air conditioner that would occasionally work, and at other times not, I took my vehicle for a second opinion. They suggested I investigate why my radiator fan was working intermittently, as they believe this might be the source of my troubles. After some testing, I confirmed that the fan was indeed faulty and proceeded to replace it for R9k. From that day, my air conditioner has been working beautifully, with no issues. This has been over a month ago now. I would definitely advise against Carmatrix, as their "inspecition / investigation" was not even close to being on point. They also broke off a part of my grill while doing their inspection and did not even have the decency to tell me about it. At the very least, they reminded me of the value of a second opinion.

Carmatrix REGAS was affordable and efficient. They did not waste time and customer service was impeccable, they left my car smelling brand new and my Aircon is as crisp as ever. ( In the past, I have tried different aircon places however the gas they had used did not last that long and did not make my aircon cold as such) Thank you so much guys, keep up the incredible work.
