I bought a set of speakers from the store in Centurion mall and had to return it due to one of the speakers not working. Since it was a Saturday I was told it would be sent in and will be called on Monday to confirm return date. I eventually phoned on Wednesday to check up and was told that it is "in process"... Phoned again on Friday and was told once again it was "in process". When I asked how long it takes I was told "it could take a week or a month". Following that information I asked that they phone to check on the repairs but was told that "that is not how it works, they call us" after which I asked if they have any idea that a phone works 2 ways as they do not seem to understand how a phone works, despite the fact that the employees in the store has no problem playing on their phones while customers are in the store... Once again was told that they would phone me back... Forward to today... almost 2 weeks later, still no call... still no answer on the repairs. The utter laziness and disregard for customer experience that this branch has shown seems to be a reflection of the poor management that this company has as a whole.
