Customer service is poor.I call to find out when my deliveries will come through.I am then put through to a number that has no response.I call back and the same lady claims to have said that 'He' would call me...He who? This aspect of the business can definitely improve.

Coricraft in general does not offer the best service in any of their stores. We did however receive very good service from Jurie at the Centurion branch when we ordered our couch.

I love Coricraft products, and I hate giving negative reviews but I unfortunately received horrible service from this Centurian branch. Very poor communication and feedback on orders.

Terrible service all round, bought a coffee table and was supposed to collect it from the store, only to find out that its still at the warehouse after 2 weeks, the cashier never action-ed a delivery of my goods. Plus NONE of the stuff on the floor is in stock, you have to pay full amount upfront and then wait 7 days to collect your goods- Managers email doesn't work, stuff is clueless...what a mess!
