I cancelled my tracker and was told Ctrack will still deduct for another month. How do you charge a client for a vehicle they sold? Somehow you need to cancel your tracker a month in advance of selling your vehicle. This is a great way to ensure that customers like me choose a different service provider for my new vehicle. I will recommend anyone to stay away from Ctrack SA

Quality of the maps... Is it possible to upgrade your maps because your still using copyright of 2015 and is now 2020. Some companies show their maps via satelite and show you the exact place. With this app I can only see the name of the street. And the map is poor quality.

Cancelled my contract with c track 3 years informed them when vehicle was sold and they handed my file over to legal claiming 13000 is due to them. No help no legal department no answer no accountability just people with the power to destroy your credit record. Do NOT GET C TRACK...

Recently widowed lady had 2 vehicles stolen with Ctrack and not one of them recovered. Yet Ctrack forces this lady to keep on paying for both trackers even after stolen vehicles

The unit on my car stopped operating and I had no warning from C-Track which is what I expected and paid for .When I called in to complain several times over a month , they did not assist .I then canceled my contract based on their poor service and they refused to refund the balance of my month’s payment. I was effectively paying for poor service .

If not for discovery paying for it I would have cancelled this tracker. Two appointments made both technician didn’t arrive and no warning given to us. Luckily we called ahead.
