Omw! what an amazing DR and receptionist! Amazing experience ! I took my daughter to her in November and a week and half later I had questions after my second visit (earlier in week), I had questions on the Friday afternoon so I contacted the office and spoke to the receptionist (super sweet and helpful) she contacted Dr Cassim who wasn't able to get back to me that evening BUT called me on Saturday morning with feedback because she drove to the office to look at my babies file before providing feedback!!! How amazing is that!! Last night I emailed the offices for guidance on using meds again and the receptionist called me today with feedback from the dr answering all my questions !! I mean if that isn't the best service ever I don't know what is! Such a caring lot of people who are compassionate and understand a parents anxiety and concern..

Extremely disappointed!! I went to Dr Cassim around July/August and she was not 100% sure what was wrong with my skin so she prescribed 3 products to me and told me that if my skin were to get worse in the next 2 weeks after using those 3 products then I was to call her. After 2 weeks of using the 3 products prescribed to me, I called Dr. Cassim as my skin had gotten worse. I was told that Dr. Cassim was on holiday and that she would get back to me as soon as she could. A few weeks passed and I had still not recieved a call from Dr. Cassim. So, I decided to call again - as my skin had only gotten worse - and I was told that Dr. Cassim was not available. I explained my situation to the receptionist and she told me that I would have to pay for another consultation, which is absurd because I paid for my first consultation only to get told that she wasn't 100% certain what was wrong with my skin but that she would prescribe 3 products just to see how my skin would react. Dr. Cassim was not sure whether the products she prescribed to me would work or not and that is why she told me to call back within 2 weeks of using the products. It is now October and I still have not heard anything from Dr. Cassim.
