Dr Ruan Louw assisted my father during the Covid-19 pandemic with a complex cardiac problem. He treated myself and my father with the utmost respect and explained everything in detail. My father was very hesitant to have the procedure done but thanks to the time and effort that dr Louw took to make sure that we understood the problem and the solution, my father agreed. He is very knowledgable in his field and knows how to approach a patient in a manor that makes them feel comfortable. I have so much appreciation for him!
