Shocking service! Parcel has still not been delivered and was sent on 28 March! I have been promised several times that someone will call me back with feedback. I am still waiting!! DSV may be cheaper than other courier services, but clearly you get what you pay for! It is not worth it and I will pay extra to use a different courier service next time, to ensure that my parcel is actually delivered. This is not the first time I have been let down by DSV, but it is most certainly the last!

A very reliable courier company you can use day to day
Atrocious service and communication. I had to reschedule my entire day to accommodate the delivery of a package. Only for the package never to arrive on the agreed upon day. This is after being assured in the morning that it would be delivered today. I am now told it will now be tomorrow. My breath won't be held...
Worst company ever. My parcel is over 3 days late. No one called me to say it wasn’t going to be delivered. I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone just to hear that the truck is out for delivery but my parcel isn’t in it. No one can tell my why. Rude, inefficient, terrible service.
Pointless. I will never use this company. I've spent more money on buying airtime phoning these people and they are just absolutely no help. You can't even call the people back if you miss the call cause it says invalid number. I mean what companyakes it this difficult to reach them. The call centre is probably theworst I've ever experienced. Total unfriendlyness and obvious that nobody like working there because they don't do their jobs.
My vehicle registration documents got delivered to a wrong address. The person who received it had to call me and arrange for a re-delivery. Please up your game as currently it seems your service is unreliable.
This company gave my bank card to someone else. Called me last week monday for delivery and ask me the persons who they can give the card too. It was just me or my son and neither of us got it so to who did they gave it to. Absa card devision please get yourself someone else more trustworthy for delivery of your clients cards. DSV think they can just gave card to anyone and its not their problem anymore. I am very angry and this need to be sorted out
