BEWARE!! I used Easy Flow. Worst Experience. To Annemarie there is no place for poor attitude, sarcasm, rudeness, dismissive, combative remarks. There are many other companies out there with the same product and delivering a great customer experience. To the owner, I tired to get your contact but Annemarie gave me the wrong number - a young girl answered, sniggered and said wrong nr. I have a sneaky suspicion it is related to Annemarie whose behavior effectively cost Easy flow 2 homes to do installations for. Please make your staff aware that their behavior can sink your business and worst leave them jobless. More so now and Especially during a time where we have options. I sincerely hope you address this - Customer should never be treated in this way.

Beware! Awful communication. Initial work was done on a weekend which I loved, however the work was not properly completed and took forever to reschedule. When they did reschedule the guys rocked up and then proceeded to do nothing, including not fixing the mistakes they made the first time. Expect to project manage everything yourself because they cannot communicate internally. Of course they sent me the bill claiming all work has been finished, yet I've not signed anything saying it was complete. Numerous attempts to contact them myself on both their landlines and cellphone have been ignored.

Yesterday my gutters were repaired. The guys did a excellent job, and also make a plan to prevent my gutters from blockage in the future. From the day I phoned to get a quote for my seamless gutters, till the day it was finished it was excellent service. I can recommend this gutter company for any person or business that need gutters or must do repairs and maintenance on gutters. Thank you!!!

Deceitful! Beware! Zero after care service! Poor workmanship – gutters not hung plumb with elbow and down pipes. Zero replies to our WhatsApps, calls or mails. Then found that the material was not the Colour Colorlume High Performance exterior finish we contracted, but a spray painted colour. Not what we contracted. Beware! Luckily we did not pay them as we reported the poor workmanship the very day of the installation - December 10. No contact to date from them! Subsequently - probably due to this review, they have been in touch. February 6, they replaced the spray painted parts and corrected the Colorlume product. With the correct COMMUNICATION there might have been a better understanding.
