POWER CUTS! POWER CUTS! POWER CUTS! Thats is what you'll get here. Monthly power cuts lasting anywhere from 8 hours to 3 or 4 days. Ridiculous. This place tries to squeeze every single cent it can from you. Run run run.

This place is not worth the pennies spent monthly. It may look beautiful from the outside, but that is just a facade. You will cry about just about everything, from cable theft every second month or so, to exorbitant prepaid charges, being charged for water and electricity in common areas yet we are only renting, snakes all over the complex, and not enough ground staff (both security and cleaners). Don't even bother complaining because the agents don't care about your issues but rather tell you to leave if you're not happy.
I swear customer service and service provision in a graveyard is more productive than this place. Constant power cuts and unhelpful staff is a real problem and nobody can ever seem to help. I would honestly not rent here again.
Really great designed Modern and well layout. The gardens are on par. And the location is something to be envious about!. It's smack bam accessible from anywhere in Pretoria. Security is vigilant and strict regarding Covid-19 Regulations. This is truly a step in the right direction. And a perfect example of setting the bar.

MT development has graced us again with disrespect and uncaring customer experience. Except for never getting a reply when we voice our concerns privately or try and find better solutions. M&T would instead take away fundamental provided rights to their customers. Note that they’ll breach their contract and act if all is still lawful. Here is some of our experience with M&T over the past year and a half: Broken lifts and facilities that don’t get repaired Waste that is not collected for almost a month Power outages for three days or more Terrible management And even though all of the above would have been manageable if we had a soundboard or some form of communication with management on what their processes or plans are. A quick note here that we had a caretaker “Wessel” who at least tried to provide some feedback. So, thank you for your contribution. Thus, we get to the latest of M&T’s advances to upset their users. Their email mailed to us attached. This is upsetting as we have signed contracts with M&T specifying provided services such as; Security, Water supply, Sewage collection and disposal, Refuse removal, Electricity and other. The gate also breaks every week and takes 4 months before they try and fix anything except if ‘stuff’ really hits the fan. They’ll potentially try and fix 20%-40% of the problem. Now rather than just fixing it, or getting a better system to work, they decided to do away with it and let people live in the rot. The more I think about it, the more I realise that people are unhappy because of the mindset M&T has instead of providing a service. Come on, guys! Wake up! So, if they’re not going to provide any services, I guess I’ll have to post my complaints on the provided websites of my experience and tag them in it. As this is our nature to talk the gods… Maybe they’ll read this or not… at least I tried my best to reach them and ask them this one simple question… How can you be better?
