Long waiting queue. My suggestion is that they should divide people according to their consultations for example acute stream , anc stream , post natal and chronic stream. In that way patients would be assisted fast and won’t have to spend most of their time waiting.

The service is very bad,I was there to check if I have Covid 19 or not and was told to wait under the tent and someone will come to help me but nothing even after an hour. When I approach them to ask what's going on they said the nurse is going to change to wear safety clothes,how long does it take to change?
This new system of sitting outside in the cold realy not good. Wind blowing and couse a lot of pain. Waited till after 11 to get in pain in ear unbearable. And then they dint even check my ear just wrote meds down. They neve use to take so long to help people . Wat if it rains you gonne sit in the rain?. This is so crule no wonder so many died probly got namonia from waiting outside i the cold..
No help. Not in the mood to help you. Nurse is extremely rude. When asked are they not suppose to work according to a number system her reply was that she works as she wants too. Been there Friday and this morning and in both instances we failed to see the doctor (although we had an appointment) as the nurse and receptionist are totally non caring.
Excellent service, by Staff and doctors. Expected to wait for hours but it was not long at all. Thank you for all involved
Have been waiting for hours. Got here just before 8am and it's 12:30. The service is so bad. If you do come here expect to be here all day and bring along food and a pillow. Even though you are here from early morning expect to be kicked out by 4 and start all over again in the morning. The worst part is there have been woman with babies here since 6am. Atleast if you are going to make us wait all day go around with tea/coffee and small snacks so the children don't starve.
Very clean and well managed
I'm not south African, but i went there today tmfor the first time so scared and sceptical because i have heard the worst things about government clinics. My son had an ear infection, it was lunch time but i was served. They created a folder for my son and the moment they realised how young he was i got assisted within 15 mins. Including getting the meds i needed plus a review date. I'm amazed and thankful. Thank you to the staff at eldoraigne clinic centurion. SA
