Had to collect a parcel out of storage but couldn’t make the closing time. They called to ask if I was still coming then made alternate arrangements for a later collection when they learned of my challenge. All late on a Friday afternoon! Top class service.

Our furniture was damaged and a lot of items (bedding, towels and carpets) were stolen/missing during our move. Would not recommend using this company.

International company contracted to Elliot mobility asked them to quite on a move in country. Survey was booked and sales lady arrived. Late for the meeting. Surveyed everything. I had some extra items like a motorbike, trophees, etc and concerns about moving vehicles. I was promised feedback in a day or two. After 2 days request feedback. Email on the card doesnt work. So i phoned. Was told super busy next day. And so it carried on when I called no feedback. After a week only the overseas company told me that they got feedback. The sales lady never called me once. In the same time I decided to call 2 other top rated movers on hellopeter and both of them surveyed and quoted with no issues continuous feedback and satisfyibg every single need. So if this was the experience by sales upfront I decided to avoid.

I got a quote to move my stuff just 5kms down the road & they want to charge me R8600 for moving out a small cottage into a house. Seriously over priced for a move that will take them 3 - 4 hours to do.

First consultant which came to see us and evaluate the relocation was professional but there after the actual packing up and shipping of our house/goods was extremely poor with damaged goods and items missing. Even though we had taken insurance trying resolve an issue with insurance claim is extremely difficult, with insurance consultant not helpful at all with bad attitude. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
