We placed an order through Mr D. We experienced a power failure and they could not complete the order. When we phoned fish to go to ask how will the refund process work, we were told it is not their problem. We were given the owner's telephone number and the cellphone was off. Staff at fish to go was extremely rude. The correct way would have been to say Sir, I am not sure how it works, but I will find out for you. I won't be coming back.

Burger Sphatlo with russian ... It was amazing, enough to feed a family of 3. But it was to nice to share, so I ate it all my self... And then the funnel cake just to top it off. Will definitely visit them again.
My order was ready long ago, but the gentleman behind the counter thought it was a good idea to let it stand and get cold, so he can get the other orders which took longer to prepare first, in order for him to try and stick to the order sequence numbers. (Or that was his lame excuse in any case) However, when receiving my order, I saw on the counter that he helped other clients first, whose order sequence numbers were 2 and 3 orders after mine. I also think that the price I paid for those 4 small pieces of fish was ridiculous

Great product and service but please reduce the plastic packaging...a masive piece of styro foam for a small piece of fish...just use wax paper or carton boxes. :)
Chips were soggy and cold. Fish was not fresh. It was mushy and not flakey
Chips were very good and friendly staff. Did not much like the viennas
