I really struggle to resolve admin issues with this company. I once overpaid them for gas ordered. This overpayment was due to their online ordering system's error. Waited 3 months and MANY emails to get my money back. Currently I struggle to use my "loyalty" points to purchase gas. Also waited many months to get the correct amount of points (they conveniently just did not allocate points for some orders). Now the loyalty points does not show as credit for purchases, again an error on their part. Lastly think carefully before you make use of their "free delivery" costing R255 for a 9 kg and if you collect it yourself its costs R232. So this free delivery is a blatant lie and in my opinion FRAUD

Services is really good But The people are really strugeling Salarys are not in order and People Complain Everyone who is Working There are likely to get 60 70 Rand a Day i mean Really good and All but the people arent look after

I worked here for a week the Lady who is doing interviews lied to us about the weekly salary.It turned out that we are actually working for R70 to R100 a day only so I had to quit after my first week.

Poor customer service. Staff don't seem to care. I make an order, then I do a bank deposit, and takes two weeks before apparently the payment reflects in their account and only then can they deliver. Have been like this for the past two years. I always have to wait for two weeks before I get the goods.
