Awesome to see a fully operational farm in a urban environment. We interacted with the animals and took a nice relaxing walk. Will come again to try the restaurant.

Dairy farm. Lovely family outing especially for families with small children. Huge lawns and large shady trees. Buy your picnic at the local deli and enjoy a lovely afternoon under the trees. Cycling is permitted, so bring the bicycles along. Calves to view and touch and interact. Lovely restaurant to sit down and indulge. Peaceful and tranquil.
I had an amazing time in this place, very refreshing. Back to nature and breathing fresh air and relaxing.
We had one of the first picnics at Irene today. It was stunning... ordered platters.. food was great and more than enough. The car guard was happy to get some to take home.... A few comments Some nice pillows to use to sit on the benches or the grass would be great... A dip or two in the savoury platter would be nice. I think the price to book the table should be reconsidered.... Spending on food and drinks there should be enough... with a smaller fee for the rest... But great idea and very well done. Thanks We will be back
A farm in the city. Great place to bring your kids. Food is fantastic and staff eager to assist. Conference facilities available. Very nice shop to buy real farm produce. Atmosphere relaxed and calming. There are some flies, but then again it is a real working farm. Will definitely visit again.
This is a sublime corner of Pretoria, a great countryside escape with a restaurant, deli and coffee shop that have great menus and goodies. The deli prices are quite high. There is a lovely lane to walk down, cute farm animals and a dam to sit next to. Go treat yourself!
This place has so much potential and a brilliant idea for city dwellers to experience a village life with kids and family but given thier popularity, the experience is nothing short of suffering and pain to be honest, you have to line up most of the day to get a cold glass of juice, the restaurant are overwhelmed with customers and they have this booking nonsense, you see half the restaurant empty and yet people standing to be seated, when you ask them why, they said someone booked it. They should not have the booking on busy days like weekends.
A great place to go and enjoy the day with the whole family. You can stroll around the farm and enjoy the sunshine and occasional cows coming past. If you are hungry...try the excellent food at the restaurant. A great excursion for the family.
