Everytime I come here, which is for years, there is a condescension in all reception people. They bark orders rather than a welcome. People are stressed enough coming here. This greeting of " did u do this before u came here" really gets my goat. Then the fact that u have to schlep your year on year scans with you is just an unwillingness to invest in technology that keeps these things on file. For a team doing this well financially that is just sad. They need some diversity in this team for sure.

I am very disappointed with this facility as it does not accommodate disabled patients. They have no rails, walker frames or proper toilet facilities.

Thursday the 26th of February at 16h15 our doctor phoned us and was very concerned about our son. She wanted an urgent sonar of his hip. I phoned the de Beer de Jager Radiologists next to Unitas hospital. They told me they cannot do it it was to late, but the next moment the receptionist said I can bring him the dr will help him. We were treated with respect and dignity even after hours. I am very impressed. Thank you!

Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff at reception, rude and disrespectful towards patients. If you deal with customers on a daily basis, you should at least be able to talk with clients in a friendly manner, even more so if the client is in pain or not feeling well.

To say I felt like a rushed number only is putting it mildly. What happened to compassion, friendliness and giving some feedback regarding results? From the receptionist to the Dr, everything is rushed. One star only for the lady taking me to the back where screenings take place for her friendly laugh when I nervously made silly jokes cause I was genuinely worried about what bad results could mean. I will def not return.
