I've had quite a few encounters with insurance companies and MiWay is by far the best! Their call back option works well and their staff is friendly. They promptly assisted me without any issues. Their insurance premiums are also waaaaaay (no pun intended) more affordable than any other company. Very happy with MiWay, keep up the good work!

Worst Service ever... After issuing a claim number from the very beginning and advising not to worry and then confirmation of details, it's now 3 weeks later and after having to complain about not getting feedback they have come back and rejected our claim. If our claim was not valid from the beginning and assuring it would be sorted out..... Why issue the claim number???

I had a really bad experience at home with 2 break-ins on one weekend. However, the speedy and kind support of MiWay staff, especially Phumzile, turned it into a not so bad experience. Miway compensated me more than fairly for all stolen items. I have only good things to say about MiWay. I must add though... After this ordeal I have installed so many different beams, alarms, motion sensor alarms, motion sensor lights and cameras with video footage... The burglar who manages to get to my small 32" tv undetected will DESERVE to have it!!

My phone has been sent for repairs for the THIRD time within a 7 month period due to shoddy workmanship and they keep using the same person. This time, it's taken a week with no feedback or pro-activeness from MiWay and excuses from their vendor (I'm always calling in asking for updates, calling their repair guy etc. etc.) I'm not interested in mailing your marketing@ bla bla bla mail address. I just hope enough people see this to NOT get cover with you guys because you clearly don't understand the inconvenience you cause your customers. Having to call in each time and still spend 20 minutes explaining the same story to your all your call centre agents is tedious. Extremely unhappy, inconvenienced client.

Been a client for 3 years. The call centre doesnt answer calls from existing clients. It rings and rings then call drops. But if you phone and say you're a new client, call answered in 12 seconds. Can someone explain?

I totally agree with a previous review. Miway does NOT answer existing customers calls. But when i eventually applied online for "new" cover, they called within hours!!! (without helping me of course, as I am an existing customer). Even though I want to increase my life cover!!! Pathetic service to existing customers. Should have read the reviews before taking out a policy. Will just have to cancel.
