I enjoy doing my shopping here so much. The store is spacious, always up to date with the new clothing range and I dont have to wait in long queues

Today, Saturday the 20th of March I visited this shop, and was shocked how the shop management are poorly managing COVID-19 protocols. Apart from the sanitisation which ones receives at the entrance, there was no attempt whatsoever to ensure and let alone remind customers to keep safe distances between the sevens and others. The worst was the queue to the payment counter, where customers were literally crowded, not observing the marks on the ground to maintain safe distances (and these are hardly visible despite the brightness and red colour theme of the retail shop). I had to alert this to the floor manager, who took time to respond, taking me remind at least three packers to do so. When the manager (Percy) eventually arrived (after 4-5 minutes), he was first very defensive but realised how futile this was, as I told him that it was irresponsible on the part of the shop to prioritise profits at the dear expense of health of their customers. He then started to manage the queue, but this was really a botched up exercise as the tills remained overpopulated with customers - a clear testimony that they had no idea as to how many people were in the shop and how many needed to be admitted under the circumstances, and whether it was required of them to control admissions. Simply said, I found this experience an absolute shocker, which explains why COVID-19 will not come to an end soon(er) and why it does not dawn on those whose focus is to make profit from the general public why it is important to ensure that we do not succumb to the third wave.
