Shocking service and delivery. Eg - an order was promised on Wednesday 14th Nov - and daily since then. They have now received - 40 phone calls and messages from me - Ahmed and Hazel are VERY aware of the situation I have been placed in due to the constant LYING I have been subjected to - just 1 lie after another - and one cannot contact the owner at all - never ever again
Bought Dust coats and the seams on the pockets, sides and shoulder of 30% came loose. Took it back and was promised to get if resown over the weekend. Could not get hold of Amed or Tony on Saturday. Called Monday morning and left a message, no one got back. Called again in the afternoon and still no one got back. Called Tuesday morning, got a call from Amed but had no update, said he would call in 10 min, never happened. Finally got hold of him on Wednesday after holding on for about 10min. Then I threatened to email the owner then only they said it will be finished late in the afternoon. Went through Wednesday afternoon but still the Dustcoats were not fix properly. I took them and paid a seamstress to fix it that evening so as to have them ready to return them to my customer. Poorest serves ever. Will never reccommend them.
