This shop is full of patio furniture and more, quite an amazing selection. Prices feel a little high, so one hopes the quality is good. The sales lady, Julia, was endlessly patient and did her utmost best to satisfy our requests, shuffling furniture around and even fetching things from the store room. All good except the part where the delivery was missing 6 of the components i had bought, being 4 dining chairs and 2 pieces for the L couch. Then, upon phoning the store, nobody, including the manage, could actually tell me when i can expect the missing pieces. Today is the day after delivery, and i am still waiting for information and my missing pieces with about R28000! This is a little disappointing. Good selection is not enough, you need good delivery and good after sales servicing, to be a top notch company.

Mixed feelings about my experience. The staff were friendly and the lady attending to me, was patient and tried her best to satisfy all my queries. The problem seems to be with the warehousing and delivery. They delivered half the stuff i had bought. The folliwing day, after a few calls, they delivered the test of the chairs. Some of the seat cushions were the wrong size or damaged. The L couch components colour do not match. I had to drive all the way back to return and change the faulty cushions, the warehouse manager promised to send me a set with matching colours, but to this day i have heard nothing. I don't know if i would go back.

Not a nice shop to shop at. Now I'm broke after the visits BUT luckily my wife is crazy happy! There are WAY to many options and things that you suddenly realize you just MUST have. What an awesome selection of patio furniture. First it was one patio set. That looked so good when we got at home, I had to go back for a similar second one. ... and three weeks later had to go back for another one! The staff are really helpful and went out of their way to make sure our third set was the same style as the other two. Apart from being broke now, I'm happy that my wife is happy!

Probably one of the best outdoor furniture you will find around, plenty to choose from, be it lounge, bar or hanging chairs. It’s not cheap but reasonable. Good customer service but one or two more people should be added to assist because each staff member deals with three or four customers at the same time. So you end up spending more time waiting for help.
