Alarm went off just after 02h00. Seek responded fast.They also left fast. I watched them from my window only to see them leave seconds later. All "looker in order" I was later told and the gate was on its track They phoned once and had no answer. After my call, I was told that if I dont give them access they can do no more. I disagree. They coukd have called again and the alternative number. They could have walked around the house. They could have thoroughly inspected the perimeter using a torch, none which would have taken 20 seconds. Point is that if a criminal access your property by climbing over the gate or fence and enter your house through the back door, Seek will come out but will be none the wiser. They will check that everything "looks fine" and make one call that will go unanswered and then they will leave seconds later....leaving you at the mercy of the criminal.
