Mediocre service which leaves a few gaps in customer service. You could've gotten a 3 star but you don't answer your phones when a client needs your help, and for the mere fact that you are a telecommunications service it is a bit ironic...

Great customer service, but the store does not have enough cellphones to provide for everyones needs. I wanted to buy a prepaid phone and they had none in stock. You won't get every phone you see in their Yello advertising book.

The staff not very helpful and their way of treating customers leaves much to be desired. It went so far that I cancelled my contract which I had for 6yrs.

Good service in store but when you phone no one ever picks up i have phoned 11 times in the last 3 hours and still no answer, and when you sign a contract for 24 months it magically changes to 36 months and even if you have original contract they still do not accept it as proof which is pathetic what is the use of being in possession of it if it is useless to a customer as evidence
