Not deserving even a 1 Star. The ward is cockroach infested. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Patients have to help each other and is too scared to complain or request assistance because they get called 'babies'. Patients are left for hours lying in their own body fluids. All trying to look busy when there is a doctor in the ward, the rest of the time they sit at the nurses station using the free wifi to play on their phones. Everywhere there is posters shouting 'Batho Pele'! 'People First' is a joke to them!
