Such a brilliant store. The place is big and spacious, it's a one stop store for many things, from normal groceries to household and out door items, you will find it all here. The store is also very neat and clean. The staff members are also very hyper and active . It's absolutely one of the best grocery stores you find in the city. It also has a cage inside.

Went to checkers on my lunch, no one was available to serve me by the coffee shop, tried saying hallo to the stuff members but they would only look at me and disappeare to those rooms by the kitchen

The biggest and most stylish Checkers store I have ever seen. You can get everything here, excellent departments especially toys, glassware and appliances, and hardware. An amazing selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and an impressive cheese and deli and bakery.

This shop is amazing and this upgrade long overdue. The styling, decor and overall design is amazing. The additional floor space and increase in space has made a significant increase in their their stock. The signature products in the cheese, deli and wine department are amazing and a true reflection of what advertise on TV.

The newly renovated Checkers is a godsend. The isles are wider, the store is much bigger and there is even a little coffee/snack restaurant near the bakery section. Still a bit of a mission to get in and out but that is only because of the renovations going on in and around the Fourways Mall. The bakery itself comes with fresh, wholesome goods and friendly bakers. The cheese selection is out of this world, better and with a larger selection than I've found at other Checkers in the area. Most items are well priced and more affordable than if you were to buy the same product at Pick n Pay, ESPECIALLY with the fresh fruit and vegetables. Much bigger and fresher variety for sometimes literally half the price that you'd find the same product at Pick n Pay. Given a four star because the only downside to this store is there are still items incorrectly priced on the shelf and this is only revealed when the customer is paying. The packer then needs to go and check the price him or herself and often don't know where the individual product is. This whole process is now also adding to the customer's time at the store as well as making others wait longer to pay. Staff training from the ground up really needs to be taken seriously. A company is as good as the ground staff - the helpers, the tea-makers, the security guards, the cashiers, the packers. Treat them well, educate them about the products available and make them believe in their job and you will see a vast improvement in the overall structure of your company. The CEO may have made his or her money but it's these people that keep it coming in.
