Whoever decided on the layout and what gets packed where in this store... Sir, Ma'am, respectfully, Please don't. this is the most confusing, disorganized mess I've ever visited, and this is the Pavillion? pull up your socks guys!. even the cooldrink fridges are more off than on. we abandoned our shopping and left. awful awful.

Bought nature's source stir-fry 750g bag only to find it only weighed 475g very disappointed as I now need to go back to the shop to change. Being high risk pensioner this is not what I wanted. I realise its easy to miss when putting the packets in the freezers but as it was Almost empty should have been picked up

26 12/2019 - Checkers Pavilion - I&J Chicken Burgers were in the fridge however was thawed out. The boxes were soft and when I opened to check , the product felted like mash potatoes. Upon investigation, there was nothing wrong with the fridges, seems like someone did not do they job and just left the products outside. Surely the person/s that packed the fridge would have seen/felt the product. My complain to management fell on deaf ears and I waited for half and hour for something to be done to no avail. These products should be destroyed as they would have been a health hazard. Waiting for Checkers Pavilion management to confirm to me that the above is/has been done.
