My third time in the space of three weeks where I am told at the till they dont have cash for me to draw, this is after the cashier ask the supervisor named Aqeelah if there is cash, her abrupt reply NO!!!! What do i do patiently wait and ask at the money market tills, and politely those cashiers would assist. @ Higher Management, please empower Aqueelah with customer service skills, trust me that non shelon attitude of hers chases the customers away.

It's a great shopping experience, open space and the shop is always neat and tidy. The only bummer is when they advertise "Schultz Power Tools", there is never stock. I was informed on the 25 September 2020, that the new stock would arrive by the weekend. Today is the 05 October 2020, still no stock and no one available for comment. Anyway, let's hope that it's an oversight by the Procurement Department...

It's still month end & the cashier queues are extra long - it being around 5:30 lots of tired people returning from work. The store has at least 5 tills UNMANNED. Patrons have to queue for longer periods instead of arriving home to spend time with family/ies Not acceptable.

For a first time shopper at this Checkers, I received exceptional customer service. One of the floor staff members was very helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile, he went to go fetch the two bags dogfood from storage, still asked what flavours I was looking for, he carried it to the till point. He then asked if I want a trolley, I said no I will carry the dogfood to the car. He left and came back with a trolley and placed it in the trolley. He is a valuable team player. Must say I'm very satisfied with my experience at this Checkers.

ITS OKAY , SLOW AT TILLS ALWAYS FIND STAFF STANDING AROUND AND TALKING NOT SURE WHETHER THEY ON BREAK BUT DOES GIVE BAD IMPRESSION ESPECIALLY WHEN SHOPS ARE FULL.

I bought 2pieces of hake today, but it was very disappointing, Taste like old fish, I asked the server at the counter Twice if its todays fish, and i got a yes response, I wasted almost 50 rand on unedible food, Will not buy any foodstuff there again, thx

Good day , I had the most terrible service yesterday , firstly i got to the till after a long shift , came to the till the cashier did not greet nor acknowledge me at all , she just kept carrying on talking to the cashier on the other side , did not bother asking me if i had a extra saving card.Didnt ask if i would like a bag nothing whatsoever , just carried on talking , im disgraced with the service i got yesterday , i will never use that cashier AGAIN , Rude lady , and if im not mistaken her name was Bashiera not sure of the spelling (basheera,bashirah or basheerah ) , looked up a few spelling .from a loyal customer who has been shopping there for years
