My review is based on my first 2nd visit and walk-ins, their service is excellent so far and their stuff is friendly. Most importantly their products are of good quality. The only thing I would like them to improve is to equip their stuff with some basic usage knowledge of their products. I'll update the review after more than 5 visits.
This was my first time order from ChemLab. Ordered online and got next day delivery. Everything I've ordered was delivered, nicely packaged, properly sealed and labeled. I am happy customer :)
Have ordered online and they said it would take 24 hours for it to be delivered and a week later and still not delivered I phoned and Phoned and no one can help or tel me when it wil be delivered and make excuses and don't answer their phone very disappointed DON'T BUY FROM THEM worst experience! Update some of my test tubes were broken on delivery and still waiting for my other stuff but they don't care they are utterly useless
I ordered 2 thermometers on Saturday 13:00 received my order yesterday at 8 o'clock. I dd get an email to track my order Tuesday at 8 am it was here. I am more than happy about the services.
