Very nice environment! Was my first time going there today and I was very impressed. The staff is very friendly and the equipment is in great condition. There is also a wide variety of climbing walls - different difficulties - and a children area. The area also includes a nice gym at the top, a snack/coffee bar and an equipment shop if you want to get some of your own gear.

A place like no other there are so many walls to climb and so many variants of climbing are all under one roof. Friendly front-desk staff and very well maintained gear and facilities. An awesome place to let loose and just climb (makes for a great workout as well!)

Very neat and well organized gym. Boulder problems are plentiful and well set with proper grading systems. High walls are also really fun, only problem is they insist that you may only use liquid chalk during the COVID phase.

My review is for the shop, I have no experience with the climbing walls. I came here for the first time when I had to buy a bunch hiking and camping gear in a hurry and was very appreciate of the honest and thoughtful advice I got from the guy at the counter. Though it might often be more convenient to go to a competitor like Cape Union Mart or Outdoor Warehouse, CityRock is where you go when you want good advice on what to buy. I've been extremely happy with everything I bought there.
