I wanted to leave a review after having received an amazing service from one of the Technicians at Claremont Refrigeration: Vincent. Despite being over booked he managed to get our fridge working extremely quickly also without me paying an arm and a leg. Vincent if you ever read this, you truly have my thanks. To anyone needing a repair I do hope Vincent pitches up at your doorstep.
Absolutely amazing service! Managed to come and help me out in an emergency even though they were fully booked! Service was done with a smile, friendly and informative.
Having bought the required part myself (they couldn't find it) now they make every excuse not to install it - parking is difficult, it's expensive, "there are days when we are in your area" (CBD) and of course not replying.
