This is one of the most amazing communities in Cape Town. Dedicated, well organised and fun. I have visited over the years with my cousin and I strongly recommend donating toward the Clifton Life Saving Club if you are able to - it as cause which is well worthwhile. Not only do they make a difference to many peoples lives by bringing children up to appreciate fitness and to respect and understand the ocean, but they also fulfil a vital function and they are the 2nd oldest lifesaving club in South Africa
