Victoria hospital is the worst hospital ever. At first i had to fight for almost 2 hours so that they can admit my husband for the virus. He was sitting in the car for that long struggling to breathe. There was a guy DANIEL that was in the COVID WARD told me they were waiting for some bodies money before they open the file for this lady. I had to wait another hour to open up a file people just do not care about peoples lives. There was a very good lady that help me open up the file. The doctor in the ER was was not help full a the time he was very slap gat. If you do not want to be in the medical field resign let other people take over that want to save lives. Just do not be in it for the money. We are in a crisis lets help one another because the love ones cannot come visit make it pleasant for the patients. The ICU staff was very helpful high 5 for them. There is not a star available for VICTORIA HOSPITAL. The building looks like a gover ment hospital and they charge you medical aid rates SHAME ON YOU. I hope they see this i want feed back.

Worst experience, I was in labour and I got to casualty, those 3 administrators were talking about lunch while I was in pain. I had to ask the nurse passing by for assistance. The toilets were also not entirely clean and had bad odor, with those flies, that time you have stitches and have to use it. If it wasn't for emergencies I honestly wouldn't use Victoria

Wosrt service provider I know. Saw a Dr who started by telling me that he doesn't offer services that I came for, yet his staff told me he does when I made a booking. He went on to tell me that he does not want to touch an operation that was not done by him lest he gets sued if the wound gets infected. He then removed my bandages and put a new one without even cleaning the wound atleast. The tone and the way he spoke to me, for a Dr, that was appauling. I am still wondering as to what I paid for. He seemed angry that I did the OP in Pretoria, We go out of town because of reasons such as above. It's the poor service that is driving us out of town.

They are not helpful in anyway you can imagine. I expected higher service because its a private hospital, but the opposite was true

I was assisted by a lady named Mrs. Caroline Mogwera at reception. She was amazing. She explained everything she was doing when opening the file, where I was being referred to, whom to talk to. She even went around the hospital to give me the receipt. She assisted with a warm smile. And everyone I encountered with was truly awesome.
