Bought a new Ford Ecosport there back in November 2020, car has been in and out of the workshop. Unhelpful sales team. After 3 months of having the car I found out it was not road worthy and still had no car papers, kept having to call to follow up when the guy said he will deliver the papers to me week on and week off, how could he deliver Car Registration papers if the car was not even registered. Would not advice them. Still having issues with the car with no one getting back to me after endless calls and messages. Absolutely useless team

We saw a mustang on sale here that we really liked. Went to get our car evaluated for a trade in. Sales staff and manager very efficient and friendly. Didn't end up buying the car but would definitely recommend this dealership for their salesmanship.

Well my experience with this dealership is the nightmare of hell. I use to hold them at a high level of respect, but now. bought a used vehicle mid August and the car has been in and out of the workshop even with a recall on the clutch that has or might have been fitted wrong as per the salesman. No workshop manager, Dealer principle of the Ford manufacture has contacted me regarding my car that is 3 1/2 week in their workshop with not results. they given me a loan car that is the lowest of car compare to my ford cars that I have driven for many years. So top-class Ford dealer needs to show it.
