We purchased a demo UX from Lornette and team. The service was so absolutely and truly amazing. Initially we dealt with Lornette and Sam teleponically as we live in Johannesburg. They were extremely willing to assist and very professional. Everything was planned down to the T for the delivery the Saturday (being it on a weekend where the whole team was supposed to be off). Lornette even arranged to have our trade in valuated by a dealership in a Gauteng that was convenient for us. Sam was extremely efficient with the contracting! Lornette spent about an hour explaining all the features of the vehicle to us. The delivery and presentation was fantastic!! After the sale, we ran into some trouble with an external service provider who installed items into the vehicle. Lornette has been by my side every step of the way and assisted me tremendously in the successful resolution of the problem. These ladies have truly gone the extra mile and more!!
