Zero communication between mechanic and client. Generic dipples on tyres answer to vibration sound coming from my engine under revs, when I go to collect(which I had to call to check if was ready) those items weren't addressed and generic first service was done. Vibration sound still there. People don't have time to run up and down after dealers, try communicating or getting the forman to contact the client if unsure on service requirements.
Extremely helpful staff . Give you 100 per cent for service excellence.
