The cosmetics department really leaves much to be desired at the moment. I here specifically refer to their mascaras, lipsticks and all of it. No order at all. I was there earlier and even though I purchased, I was disappointed in the whole set up. No testers for most products and then apparently they do not officially sell Rimmel products, but at the moment there is stock from another store. But, why on earth are they selling products which for all intents and purposes seem to be used as testers by clients. The mascaras have been opened, and yet are being sold at the original price. They should be taken off the shelves rather than being sold. It's not fair on the clients. And recently, there has been one sales lady, who wears a white coat but I don't see why really because she's rather unfriendly and doesn't seem keen on helping.
