Felt very unhappy as I took a boxed perfume from a shelve and walking to the underware section a lady approached me and took the huge box with two bottles to the fragrance counter, made me feel like a thief... if it was a small bottle I would understand but this one was big and on top of my empty shopping cart... This is why you are driving us away Edgars personnel, also not friendly at all....
Excellent customer centric service. As big as the store is, you never wonder around the shop looking for someone to help you. It's like the staff is always watching you and always standing-by to assist you. Queues are not long so you'll be in an out much quicker than the other stores.
If I was allowed to award half a star I would have. I would like to apologise to Edgars Vaal Mall for wasting their cashier's time by doing an exchange. Not greeting and frowning for accidentally providing the wrong slip and then in the rudest way asking us to swipe a card...... Not on!!! If their were any Edgars branches closer to our home I would never have used Edgars Vall Mall again!!! Take a hard LONG look at the peoples' manners that you appoint!!!

Literally the best Edgars in Vaal (if not the last and only one left). The staff is great, always ready to help with whatever questions/requests you have as a customer. This store is so big, you are more than likely to leave the store having found whatever it was you were looking for.
