Bring your wallet because they will run your medical aid before you even sit down. My first time there and before I got handed a patient information form I was confronted with a card machine. All the receptionist cared about was embarassing me on the type of medical aid I can afford. It was all she cared about. I even saw the smile on her face when she saw it was depleted. So humiliating. I wonder how they treat others who do not have the luxury of medical aid. Maybe they should treat some less privileged folk and rediscover their humanity. Arrogant, rude and completely judgmental. Typical elitist Stellebosch attitude. Just interested in making sure you pay. Terrible customer service. Maybe if I had Discovery Health Premium, I would have been treated better. Pathetic. Amazing how sitting behind a desk makes you forget to be human... I hope she never experiences the poor treatment she gave me. Disgusted. Completely and utterly.

Sterling service. Very friendly and helpful secretary, assistant and doctor which is essential when one is ill, in pain and not feeling well. Referring doctor stated that the report was of sterling quality, unknown to her in the Eastern Cape. Thank you all very much for a good overall experience.
