Bought house from them and added stoep area to the house. Paid extra for extension and plans. Now after a few years I realise that these plans was never submitted. Still have invoice and proof of payment. They don't want to fix the problem and don't want to assist. Also waiting for them to still complete some changes that was also been paid for. They make promises, and take your money but do not deliver!
Excellent and affordable property, depending on your income. Well suitable first starters.

Property with high quality finishes and great sales service
They do not take directions well. Unable to keep to appointments after agreed upon time for snag list repairs and then informs you that they were at the house, when u were at home from 08:00 - 22:00 and no one showed up the entire day. They do not meet deadlines. Unprofessional and poor communication. Only positive thing is the quality of their finishes (caesarstone and cupboards), but poor implementation. Still waiting for a leak to be fixed after reporting it months ago.
