An absolute joke. Does not answer the phone for two weeks straight. Completely impossible to pay a fine since bank guaranteed cheques and postal orders do not exist anymore. EFT would have been simple, BUT NO! F the phone, right??! Will have to literally drive 1600km to pay the damn fine!!
