I booked Colleen Paioni for a very special occasion four months in advance. She was very enthusiastic and said that she would love to do my hair and makeup for the occasion. We recently confirmed our arrangements and finer details and I even paid the required deposit in order to ensure the booking. 24 hours later she cancels our arrangement stating personal issues with no further explanation leaving me very stressed before a very important occasion . Very unprofessional attitude.
