It took three phone calls to get a proof of membership out of Compcare. I have been a member for 17 years and thankfully never had a claim. Reading the reviews scare me... When I made need to make a claim. I have to acknowledge the staff were very pleasant...

I wish I can give you a zero star rating. You are the most pathetic company to deal with. I have spend more on telephone calls than the amount of my claim. I do not have enough words to describe how bad the service is. Not a single person that knows the product they are selling. Not a single person professional enough to do what they are paid for. I have not heard of 'n single person that is happy with this lot. No wonder HalloPeter is just full of bad remarks for this company.

Worst medical scheme ever, medical aid was not active for 6 months and had paid for a full year and they still want a full year payment for this year. They seem to not want to resolve the isuue and dragging it.

Attached is the email I sent to Compacare Greetings I sent an email about my medical aid not being active since February till July (2020), it was activated on the 8th of July 2020 by Michelle Verrana(you), then on the call I asked why it's written "expires on 31st December" and you said you will update me, it's been over 7months and I want to be compansated for those 6months of not being active then top up to make it a full year cover for this year.. I have to register and I am late, the fuculty will end up closing while I wait for Compcare to resolve this issue. I came to your office 2 weeks back and spoke to Valda Davis but she couldn't resolve it. Please resolve this issue at your earliest convenience. Membership number is 4780416 Regards Hopwell Mguni

Do not consider this Medical Aid ever! They do not respond to e-mail, calls, etc. When going to Clicks to pick up cronic medication, the bulk of the medicine is paid by them, but the other's give a message "to early". Telephone conversation with them - Answer: get the chemist to phone them, not even trying to solve the matter. 4 months x R480 out of our own pocket. By the way, this was approved when we joined. I can go on and on and on.

Getting any form assistance from these people is draining, I've been trying to get my Gynecologist Delivery Quotation approved but they keep sending from the one department to the next. No one can give me a clear answer at this stage I might give birth on the streets but I pay them on time every month without fail. MEDICAL AID NUMBER 1806884

The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a business no customer service at all recently paid for 2021 and my account is still not active when I call the ladies have attitude and don't want to assist or help at all poor poor poor service I have never seen anything like this.
