Had a strange reception at first and then received no response from them on a requested quotation. First we were greeted at the door by a young lady who started to take our temperatures and then suddenly left us to answer the phone inside. However, another man finnished the protocol and we were allowed in. I then overheard that the nature of the call the lady was on was not business related at all, but personal and she continued to ignore us and continued conversation on the phone. Eventually another lady assisted us and called a technician. He committed to phone me back with a quotation for a laptop screen repair, which never occurred either. I found this place very unprofessionally managed.

I had a pleasant surprise at Compuport this afternoon. I brought my laptop and Les took only 15 minutes to fix it. I had come to Compuport for a second opinion after the technician at DIGIT advised the very HDMI port was damaged and I needed to buy a new computer. Les fixed it in 15 minutes.I am very happy and would recommend Compuport to as many people as possible.
