Service Excellence and always very accommodating, professional and give fantastic advice about either refilling or buying original cartridges. Always very polite as well even you wanna bargain with them. They come highly recommended.
Friendly people. But bought new catridges each month by them. Ink lasts for 2 weeks after refill the catridges leeks ink and did not work at all!
