Have contacted and acquired current services of company to find it under new ownership. Previous technicians no longer part of company, whilst current owner performs all repairs and installations with quite a markup in comparison to to prior owners and lack of service, not to mention did not fully comprehend or fully attend to relevant fault repairs on company T&A system. But attempted to repeatedly claim that we should use new interface application instead. It's been a week and the fault found has still not been resolved. Next time we will ensure no payment is made in advance, if ever there is a next time.
